Step 1. Declare the New Vision based on the collaborative customer experiences the community wishes to create.

Step 2. Start with now, which is where you currently are, your current status quo. Outline the list of opportunities found within our collective customer stories originating from the New Futures design thinking strategy.

Step 3. State the facts or findings (your current knowledge) from your recent research related to the New Futures findings.

Step 4. Now imagine a desired future. Then write down related findings and facts to support this new future.

Step 5. Create a simulation of the future with the findings. Tell a story of this new reality.

Step 6. Work backward or reverse engineer the required steps to create that future outcome.

Step 7. Document all necessary steps that need to happen to create the ideal future. What action will help to create this reality? What supports business training, business services, workforce development, infrastructure development, and capital will be needed?
