Work in small 5-6 team member groups. Create a survey to validate your digital story. Engage your ideal customer. Begin by playing the digital story. Then follow up with survey questions. Embed the digital story inside of the survey if possible. Engage multiple people online who match your target market. Recruit willing participants into your User Participant Group.

Use Google Forms or other online survey tools. Embed your digital story inside the survey. Send a link to your target market.
Ask for name location and key demographic information in the survey, this information can also be used to validate the persona in the digital story.
Include all respondents to the survey in your user participant group.
Quantify results ex. 20/30 survey has pain point.
Afterwards, encourage the team to bring pictures of the possible customer/ user and fashion choices and work together to make a complete avatar of your persona based on your survey participants.
