Our digital story once completed is the perfect repository for our customer research and with our customer research, we can co-create and cross-collaborate to design a suite of products and customer experiences with a variety of teams. We can achieve this by cross-collaborating among a variety of digital stories (customer stories) sharing in the design thinking organizing our collective ideas and insights, and approaches.

Co-Create Cross Collaborate

How can we co-create and cross-collaborate with stakeholders to create a dynamic experience for our customers solve systemic issues design new ecosystems or new economy? Through the power of digital storytelling, we can share our user research with key stakeholders and review their user research to create a new and desired future.

  • Collaborate as teams representing each digital story. Define the goals and objectives of the collaboration (dream state). Review the digital stories of each company. Utilize The Design Tree design thinking strategies to define the problem, brainstorm ideas, or create a shared vision. Welcome all ideas and build off the ideas of each other.

  • Step 1. Follow the co-create cross collaborate guidelines.

    Step 2. Design think around the digital stories of stakeholders. Brainstorm ideas, discover new opportunities, and capitalize off the serendipity of the collaboration.

    Step 3. Document opportunities ideas and future initiatives.

  • Ensure all companies involved have completed digital stories.

    Ensure all companies have vetted their digital stories by engaging user participants.

    Have each team present their digital stories.

    Have each team share their persona and compare and contrast among the group.

    Define the problem you wish to solve utilize design thinking tools to define.

    Utilize the design tree toolset to brainstorm ideas. Build off of the ideas of others.

    Find creative ways to prototype collaborative ideas and ways to test ideas.

    Engage your user participants about the collaboration get feedback from the communities you wish to solve for.
